Hectic Weekend

Past weeks I'm super busy and yes, a lot of things has happened around me. Some of them are excited and interesting... I figure that in one post it's hard to put everything down and it will make my post even harder to read... :(

So let's talk about something exciting has happened and it was my company Annual Dinner & Dance 2005! This is my first annual dinner experience with this company and for the record, the only reason I go fo this event is to be part of the "family", to have fun and mostly importantly the lucky draw! hehehe.... :P

But unfortunately in my past annual dinner and dance with my previous company, I have never won anything before (except some door gift given for each person who attend for the dinner) So I just cross my finger and hope for the best.

Let's Party!

I'm allowed to bring along a friend/partner, but my partner is not free on that day so I bring along my best friend (don't want to waste the seat :P) we have some good time there talking, eating and watching the performance and there is a powerpoint slide show in one corner showing all the lucky numbers that have just got picked by the committee members... and to my surprise, my number got picked! Number 337! yay~

And what I won? Try and guess....

LOL, I know I know... it's nothing big or special... but at least I come home with something and NOT empty handed plus it worth about RM79.... :P My friend laugh at my prize and told me that he aim for the Grand Prize or at least the Top prizes that require you go up stage to get it...

I offered to exchange my prize with his lucky number but he refused to... hehehe.... greedy a bit but anyway he did not win anything in the end... and he's frustrated... :D Well, I'm definitely looking forward for next year annual dinner since I'm kinda lucky to win something there...

One of the section head in my department went for 7 long years and did not win a single thing... omg! that's too long... she said she rather stay at home this year, haha... tough luck for someone...

Anyway that's one part of my last weekend schedule, nowadays the workload is my work place is getting heavy and I will be busy and might even not able to post that often as I used too in the beginning... :( but I will keep the post coming once in a while...

It's nice to know if someone actually reading my blog... :D
